Wilson Pun serves as the Managing Attorney of Pun & Associates, with over a decade of experience in the field of real estate. He offers strategic counsel to property owners, developers, and purchasers on all facets of commercial and residential real estate transactions, with a focus on purchase and sale transactions, leasing, and financing.
Since founding Pun & Associates in 2014, Wilson has effectively led a team of highly skilled attorneys in catering to clients’ legal needs related to real estate matters. The team has been instrumental in facilitating some of the most significant development projects in Queens and Manhattan.
Shearon Ramnarine-Jokai is a highly skilled attorney with over two decades of experience in real estate law. Since joining Pun & Associates in 2018, Shearon has demonstrated her expertise in a variety of real estate matters, including residential and commercial transactions. She also offers legal counsel to real estate professionals on issues related to residential and commercial leases, as well as lender transactions. Shearon’s extensive knowledge of real estate law has enabled her to successfully navigate and close many complex transactions throughout her career.
Sal Fichera is an experienced attorney specializing in real estate, corporate law, and retail business. Randy Siyu Tan joined the firm in 2021 with a focus on representing lenders and financial institutions in residential purchases and sales. He provides comprehensive counsel in an array of real estate matters involving the purchase, sale, and re-financing of co-ops, condos, single to multi-family properties.
Amelia joined the firm in 2025, focusing on residential real estate transactions involving the purchase and sale of co-ops, condominiums, and single- to multi-family properties. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chang practiced as a transactional attorney at one of Taiwan’s most prestigious law firms.
Gary plays an integral role throughout the scope of all residential real estate transactions, including but not limited to new deal intake, meeting with clients and tracking the progress and due dates for each transaction, review title and survey, and preparation of closing statement with post-closing follow up. During the life of the transaction, Gary works directly with founding partner, Wilson Pun and associates, Randy Tan and Shearon Ramnarine to ensure the fluidity of the transaction. Gary is the main point of contact for any immediate assistance on non-legal related transaction matters.
Sandy is a highly skilled and dedicated real estate paralegal with over 20 years of experience handling residential and commercial closings. She has extensive knowledge in case management, contract review, and transaction coordination, and ensures that matters proceed efficiently from contract to closing. She is known for her attention to detail and strong client communication skills and plays a key role in fostering positive client relationships and supporting successful outcomes in every transaction.
